How long do orders take?
Usually 1–2 weeks for made-to-order items.
Is P&P included?
Yes, within the UK. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days). Faster delivery via Tracked 24 is available for an additional £3.
What materials do you use?
I use a carefully selected mix of quality glass, metal, and wood beads, combined with Japanese seed beads and durable metal findings. If you require hypoallergenic jewellery findings, we use Niobium at an extra charge of £5 per item purchased.
Can I customise items?
Yes, items can be customised depending on materials and availability.
How do I look after my items?
All items sold come with care and/or maintenance advice.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email with images.
Do you make custom longbows or artwork?
Yes. Longbows, paintings, and other bespoke pieces are made to order. Please use the enquiry link on the relevant page, or visit the contact page.
